Several scientists now say that, apart from their helping people stay fit and healthy, soya beans can help keep wrinkles at a distance.

Not to beat about the bush, people whose diet includes soya beans are bound to look young for longer periods of time.

According to Daily Mail, there is one simple explanation for why it is that the soya beans keep people looking young.

Thus, this vegetable contains a hormone (i.e. genistein) that tricks the body into producing more collagen than it would under normal circumstances. This in turn translates into a person's skin keeping its strength and elasticity.

These claims are backed up by a series of experiments during which several women were asked to apply genistein on their skin.

Most of these women reportedly experienced their skin getting firmer because of the genistein.
