South Park: The Stick of Truth, the upcoming role-playing game from Obsidian Entertainment and Ubisoft, has just received a massive 13-minute video showing the title's introduction and opening scenes.

South Park games in the past haven't exactly done justice to the great TV animated series, but the upcoming Stick of Truth experience seems to trump that trend.

Noted RPG developer Obsidian teamed up with South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker to make sure that the whole game feels just like an extended adventure, and judging from recent screenshots or trailers, the mission seems to be accomplished.

Now, a new 13-minute video has appeared online showing the game's introduction, just as the player character – The New Kid – gets started in the Stick of Truth adventure. Due to its nature, however, we cannot embed it here, but it is available on YouTube.

The actual game is out for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 on March 4, in North America, and March 7, in Europe.
