14 DAY TRIAL // Fans of the official SoundHound iPhone app are getting a range of new features in version 5.3 - out now on the App Store - such as a music map and a new Trending section.
SoundHound 5.3 is available as a free download on both iPhone and iPad and includes a built-in Music Map that allows you to explore what music other SoundHound users have tagged near you, as well as around the world.
A new Trending area is also incorporated in this release, allowing users to “discover what songs are on the rise.” Existing users will also notice some speed improvements, and the developers say they’ve included some bug fixes as well, but nothing specific is mentioned.
SoundHound requires iOS 5 and works with most iDevices in circulation today.
