SopCast is one of the apps that got improved this morning, providing Windows users with several improvements, including better overall performance.
According to the official release notes, Sopcast 3.8.3 is supposed to fix a bug in the install.bat file, while also addressing an issue causing the report module to crash in specific conditions.
In addition, it comes to improve the data transfer performance, so the application should work a bit faster after deploying this new update, while also being more stable most of the time.
SopCast continues to work flawlessly on basically all versions of Windows still supported by Microsoft, so you should be able to use it just fine regardless of whether you are running the very old Windows XP or the modern Windows 8 launched in October 2012.
