One of the smartphones that Japanese mobile phone maker Sony Mobile is reportedly getting ready to launch before the end of this year is said to be codenamed Honami, and can now be seen in a new series of photos, next to the Xperia Z.

Reportedly set to arrive on shelves as the next flagship Android-based smartphone from Sony, Honami sports an outer design similar to that of Xperia Z, at least this is what the aforementioned leaked photos, available courtesy of Gadget Helpline, unveil.

As XperiaBlog notes, the Honami should be a bit taller when compared to the currently available smartphone, and should also sport various camera modes, such as Superior auto, Manual, Timeshift burst, Picture effect, AR effect, Info-eye, Social live, and Sweep Panorama.

No official confirmation on the existence of this smartphone has emerged until now, but Sony might announce it in the not too distant future, so stay tuned.
