Xperia Z1s, the long-rumored smaller version of Sony’s Xperia Z1 flagship, is expected to become official later this week at CES 2014 in Las Vegas, and the specs list of the device has been already confirmed.

The handset should be launched in the United States on the network of T-Mobile, a recently leaked press photo unveiled, but an international release is also rumored.

Just as previously reported, the upcoming smartphone will land on the market with a 4.3-inch 720p touchscreen display, while being powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 processor, info coming from @evleaks unveils.

Furthermore, Xperia Z1s is expected to hit the market with 2GB of RAM inside, as well as with 16GB of internal memory. It should feature a 20.7-megapixel rear camera, a 2MP camera on the front, and a 2300mAh battery inside.

Interestingly though, Sony Xperia Z1s is said to run under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, though an upgrade to Android 4.4 KitKat might arrive on it soon after the official release.
