14 DAY TRIAL // On September 4, Sony Mobile officially announced a new flagship smartphone in its popular Xperia lineup, namely the Xperia Z1, which will arrive later this month with some appealing camera features packed inside.
Users interested in learning more on what these capabilities are all about, however, can already do so, provided that they own an Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia ZR, or an Xperia Z Ultra.
The camera application from Xperia Z1 has been ported to these devices, courtesy of XDA Developer krabappel2548.
Those who install it on their devices will enjoy features such as Info Eye, Augmented Reality effects, Timeshift mode (not working yet on Z Ultra), Manual Mode, Social Cast mode, and Automatic mode, it seems.
