Mobile phone users in Germany can now purchase one of the latest handsets coming from Japanese mobile phone maker Sony, namely the Xperia Z1 Compact.

The smartphone has already been released in a variety of countries across Europe, and Germany is one of the latest to receive it.

The phone is available through Amazon.de with a price tag of €499 ($678) attached to it, just as previously expected. It has been released in all four color versions announced for it, namely black, yellow, pink, and white. Sony lists it at the same price.

According to XperiaBlog, users in the country can also grab the device through other retailers, with a price tag starting at €489 ($664), which is not half bad for a 4.3-inch FHD smartphone with a 2.2GHz CPU inside and a 20.7-megapixel camera on the back.
