Sony Xperia Z Up for Pre-Order at O2 Ireland for €190/$255 on Contract

Irish Sony fans will be happy to know that the Xperia Z is now available for pre-order at O2 Ireland. The smartphone will also be available via Meteor and Vodafone Ireland, but for now, only O2 accepts pre-orders.

Customers can pre-purchase the Xperia Z from O2 Ireland for as low as €190/$255 on select plans or for €580/$780 outright. Check it out here.

As XperiaBlog points out, all three carriers will run the Sony MDR-1 headphone promotion, so customers who pre-order the Xperia Z will get these €400/$535 worth headphones for free.

According to O2 Ireland, Sony Xperia Z is expected to hit shelves on February 28. However, the other two carriers do not offer details on the phone’s availability, though we believe it will go on sale around the same timeframe.
