Following Sony’s official announcement on the upcoming availability of the Xperia Z Ultra, wireless carrier Three UK confirmed plans on making the device available for purchase on its network.

The carrier did not offer specific info on when the new Android device will land on shelves, it but did say that it will be coming soon, with support for its Ultrafast network.

The new smartphone should prove a great option for those looking for a great viewing experience while on the go, courtesy of a 6.4-inch full HD touchscreen display and a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor packed inside it.

“Of course some say the best feature of the Xperia Z was the fact it was waterproof and dustproof and the Z Ultra doesn’t disappoint on this front. It too can be dropped down the toilet and not suffer any ill effects,” Three UK notes in a blog post.
