The update brings along only minor enhancements, it seems

Owners of the HSPA+ flavor of the Sony Xperia Z Ultra smartphone (which features model number C6802) are currently receiving a new software update from Sony, in the form of firmware version 14.1.B.0.475.

The new build number received the necessary approvals from the PTCRB earlier this week, and has already started to land on devices out there, a recent post on XperiaBlog unveils.

However, it seems that this is only a minor update for the smartphone, and that users should not expect major changes in it (it follows shortly after firmware 14.1.B.0.471 arrived on the smartphone).

Soon, Sony Mobile should deliver a new firmware release, one that could include X-Reality for mobile, and which is expected to arrive as version 14.1.B.1.493.

The build has already received certification, though it remains to be seen when exactly it will start arriving on smartphones.
