Sony is gearing up for the release of Xperia V in more markets around the world, including China, and the company’s version of the device has just been spotted online.

The mobile phone was seen featuring model number Xperia V LT25c and has already received the necessary approvals from the Telecommunication Equipment Certifications Center of China, it seems.

The handset will arrive on shelves with a 4.3-inch touchscreen capable of an HD resolution, as well as with a Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 dual-core processor inside, paired with 1GB of RAM.

The specifications list of this device also includes a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with support for HD video recording, as well as Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich loaded on it.

The phone is expected to arrive on shelves in China with support for GSM and 3G networks, but with no 4G connectivity.

It should be released on China Telecom’s network, rumor has it.
