If you live in the UK and you are interested in the purchase of a Sony Xperia T3 smartphone, then you should know that the smartphone is already on pre-order in the country, via Carphone Warehouse.

In fact, it appears that you will be able to purchase the device exclusively via this retailer starting with July 21, which is next Monday. However, those who will pre-order the phone will have to wait until July 24 to receive it.

The Sony Xperia T3 will be available through the retailer both on contract and on Pay-As-You-Go plans. Those who would like to grab it contract-free will have to pay £299 ($510/€375) for it, it seems.

Provided that you are willing to sign up for a contract agreement when purchasing the mobile phone, you will be able to snag it for free on Vodafone monthly plans starting at £22.50 ($38.4/€28.2) per month.

In order to make the offer even more appealing for its users, Carphone Warehouse has announced that the smartphone will ship to those who pre-order it with a Sony smartband included in the package.

One other thing that we should note about the Sony Xperia T3 is the fact that it will arrive on shelves at this retailer in all three color options that Sony has announced for it, which include Black, Purple and White.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Sony Xperia T3 was made official with a 5.3-inch touchscreen display that can deliver a 720p resolution, as well as with a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 chipset inside.

Moreover, the mobile phone features 1GB of RAM, along with 8GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes.

Support for 4G LTE networks has been included inside the device as well, along with the usual 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and built-in GPS receiver.

On the back, the Sony Xperia T3 sports an 8-megapixel camera with Exmor RS sensor and full HD video recording capabilities, paired with a 1.1MP front camera for making video calls while on the go.

The smartphone was launched with a 2,500mAh battery inside, which is capable of delivering up to 14 hours and 47 minutes of talk time. The handset measures 150.7 x 77 x 7 mm and weighs 148 grams.

Moreover, the phone runs under the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system right out of the box, while also featuring Sony’s own set of exclusive applications and software enhancements loaded on top.
