Last week, we saw Sony’s Xperia T3 smartphone being released on shelves in the UK, where Carphone Warehouse has exclusivity on it, but it seems that users in other markets across Europe can purchase it as well.

After making the phone available in the UK, the Japanese mobile phone maker has decided to release it in more countries, and it's currently listing it as available for purchase via the Sony Store online portal in a handful of new territories.

As XperiaBlog notes, the mobile phone can now be purchased in the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and Sweden. Users in the UK can see it listed on the company's local website as well.

Apparently, the phone is the cheapest in Sweden, where it is listed at SEK 2,995 ($435/€324). Users in France and Italy, however, will pay the most for this handset, namely €399 ($536).

One thing that is certain, however, is that users in all of the aforementioned countries will receive the same set of features and capabilities when purchasing the new device, regardless of the price tag they will pay for it.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the mobile phone was released with a 5.3-inch touchscreen TRILUMINOS Display for mobile with BRAVIA Engine 2, which is capable of delivering an HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixels).

The Sony Xperia T3 is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, which is paired with Adreno 305 graphics and 1GB of RAM.

Moreover, the handset features 8GB of internal memory, along with a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

On the back, Xperia T3 features an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, Auto Focus and full HD video recording capabilities, complemented by a 1.1MP front camera for making video calls while on the go.

The handset also includes 4G LTE connectivity, along with the usual set of 3G (HSDPA, 42 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.8 Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and Bluetooth capabilities, and a built-in GPS receiver.

The new Sony Xperia T3 runs under the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system right out of the box, but it also features a variety of exclusive apps and software enhancements coming from Sony themselves.

“Introducing a smartphone with an elegance you can both see and feel. The Xperia T3 comes wrapped in a stainless steel frame and is impressively slim and light. It’s also available in a range of stunning colors. The result? A smartphone with a truly unique and stylish expression,” Sony notes on its website.
