Sony Xperia T2 Ultra, the latest large smartphone that Japanese mobile phone maker Sony Mobile has made official, comes to the market as a mid-range device, and AnTuTu benchmarking results for it prove that.

The handset was announced with a 6-inch 720p HD TRILUMINOS display and a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor inside, paired with 1GB of RAM.

As can be seen in the screenshots available via ePrice, the phone was able to score 19,329 points in AnTuTu, which is not half bad, considering its specs.

Sony Xperia T2 Ultra is meant to bring a premium design to the company’s mid-level series, along with some appealing capabilities.

The phone features a 13-megapixel camera on the back, a front camera for video calling, 8GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes. It also includes 4G LTE connectivity, as well as a 3000mAh battery.
