The smartphone is available for pre-purchase for £235/€275/$360

Sony officially announced the Xperia L last month, along with the Xperia SP. While the latter is already available for purchase in India, the former has yet to make its debut on the market.

Starting this week, customers in Europe can pre-order any of the two Xperia smartphones via third-party retailers in various countries.

GSMArena reports Android fans in the UK can now pre-purchase the Xperia L via Clove for only £235 / €275 / $360. The smartphone is available in both black and white colors, and is expected to arrive in stock in early May. Check it out here.

In Germany, customers can now pre-order the Xperia L via Amazon for a slightly higher €300 / $390 amount. No details on when it will go on sale, but both black and white versions are available.

A Dutch retailer is also offering the Sony Xperia L for only €280 / $365 and claims it will ship the device on April 25. Check it out here.

Last but not least, Sony Xperia L is available for pre-order in Finland as well via Gigantti for €300 / $390. According to EsPhoneBlog, the black version will be available from May 6, whereas the white model is slated for a May 13 release.

Moreover, Finnish customers will be able to purchase the red Xperia L, but this particular color will be available starting May 20.

Sony Xperia L will ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and a 1GHz dual-core processor inside. The smartphone has been confirmed to feature a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 854 pixels resolution.

It will also come equipped with an enhanced 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and HD (720p) video recording, as well as a secondary VGA front-facing camera for video calls.
