14 DAY TRIAL // Sony unveiled two new PlayStation 4 models, themed around the upcoming video games Destiny and The Last of Us Remastered.
The new PS4 models will be featured in special bundles that will only be available in Japan for the time being.
Sony will sell Destiny alongside a white PlayStation 4 that includes a white DualShock 4 controller, just like it plans to do in Europe, but the Japanese version of the hardware platform also features the Destiny logo on the side.
The second bundle includes a PlayStation 4 and The Last of Us Remastered, its design featuring the game's logo, as well as the silhouettes of the main characters, Ellie and Joel.
Earlier this month, Sony unveiled another custom PlayStation 4 edition, exclusive to Japan and quite unexpected, as its design was themed around Disney's animated movie Frozen, which topped Japanese box offices for 16 weeks straight.
Sony's Shuhei Yoshida has mentioned that the company intends to sell the white version of the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system as a standalone product before the end of the year, so gamers will be able to get their hands on the slick-looking console.
There is currently no information regarding whether or not the themed bundles will also be made available outside Japan.
