Sony is expected to announce a handful of Android smartphones at this year’s IFA trade fair, including the Xperia T.
According to the latest hearsay, Sony will launch the Xperia T in Europe, while other regions might get it a few weeks later.
It’s also likely that the Japanese company will launch a different version in North America
and other regions with LTE network coverage.
In this regard, the folks over at XperiaBlog
have just noticed that Sony trademarked the “Xperia TL” name in the United States, which might be the North American variant of the Xperia T.
Although we don’t have more information on this one, we expect additional details to be confirmed on August 29 at IFA 2012 trade fair, so stay tuned for more updates on the subject.
