It looks like Sony has just kicked off the rollout of another small update for its Xperia Z1 smartphone. There’s no changelog released for this update, but from the reports coming from those who have already flashed it, it brings minor improvements and bug fixes.

XperiaBlog reports that the latest firmware version 14.2.A.1.136 is now rolling out to Sony Xperia Z1 (C690X) units. While the update is still Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, it adds some bug fixes for issues that have been affecting the Xperia Z1 since the latest major update was released.

Aside from these small under the hood improvements and bug fixes, the update also brings the White Balance app, which allows users to set their Xperia Z1’s whites to whatever they like.

This is especially useful for those who experienced the yellow hue screen issue and hoped to fix it by playing around with the White Balance settings.
