Sony revealed the Duo 11 laptop a while ago, and the system was even reviewed by some, but that is just one of the four notebooks that have now been introduced in Japan.

The VAIO Fit series is composed of three members: the 15.5-inch VAIO Fit 15 and 15E, as well as the VAIO Fit 14 (14-inch display).

The Fit 15 is the strongest of the lot, with a 2 GHz Intel Core i7 – 3537U central processing unit as its heart.

It also uses 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, a hybrid storage drive of 1 TB capacity, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, an Exmor R webcam, and NFC.

As for graphics, there is no discrete GPU, which means that the Intel HD 4000 integrated in the aforementioned CPU has to do all the work.

The Fit 14 and Fit 15E have lower-end specs, but still customizable to an extent. All of them run Windows 8 OS.

Sales will begin between May 18 and June 1. The price for the Fit 15 has been set at 180,000 yen / $1,818 / €1,390.
