14 DAY TRIAL // Following the release of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for its Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra smartphones, Sony Mobile is reportedly getting ready for another firmware upgrade for these devices.
The aforementioned OS release was pushed to these handsets in the form of software version 14.2.A.0.290, but it seems that a yet unannounced firmware 14.2.A.1.XXX is currently under development at the company.
The update is expected to arrive on devices with a series of bug fixes, a recent post on XperiaGiode reads, but no specific info on what it will have to offer has been provided as of now.
Confirmation on Sony’s plans for the new firmware release has yet to emerge, it seems. Hopefully, more details on this will start pouring in in the not too distant future, so keep an eye on this space to learn the news.
