Yesterday we were mentioning the imminent release of a new official system software for Sony's popular gaming console PlayStation 3.
The new firmware has been released and we've listed it for free and easy download. After upgrading your PlayStation 3 firmware, you'll notice that your PlayStation Network (PSN) account name has changed to Sony Entertainment Network account. Fear not, as this change affects only the name and not the functionality.
You are still able to enjoy your games and online multimedia content like you did before; music, movies or sports, it's all there. The PS 3 Internet browser was improved and a lot of websites that have not been displayed correctly until now will look great on your PlayStation 3. Some embedded videos on the web could still need to be downloaded prior to playing them.
You can now download the Sony PlayStation 3 Firmware 4.10. Enjoy!
