The PlayStation Move Racing Wheel is one of the new additions to the range of hardware peripherals for the PlayStation 3 home console and creator Sony wants to make sure that gamers have all the information about the hardware before it is officially launched.

Anton Mikhailov, who is one of the members of the Sony Computer Entertainment of America Research & Development team, offers information on the device and its “second to none mechanics.”

The core titles supported by the PlayStation Move Racing Wheel include: Little Big Planet Karting, Gran Turismo 5, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, Burnout Paradise, MotorStorm Apocalypse and others.

The Move Racing Wheel is currently set to launch during the fall and will retail for 39.99 dollars or Euro.

The Xbox 360 already has a similar device, but fans of racing games seem to still prefer traditional controllers or the customized setup of mainstream non-motion tracking driving peripherals.
