Sony NEX Camera E-Mount Lens Collection Will Grow to 15

Fresh from speeding up the work on the Cyber-Shot TX300V wireless charging camera, Sony has announced that it has big plans for the NEX Camera line.

In its new blog post, it said that it didn't feel that the existing collection of seven E-mount lenses was sufficient for the NEX line.

As such, it will release an extra eight over a period of roughly two years, so that all of them may be out and about by the end of 2013.

Unfortunately, Sony did not reveal any specifications, although it did provide a diagram with the official timeline.

At the end of it all, there will be more than enough Carl Zeiss Lenses, G lenses, Zoom Lenses and fixed focal length lenses.
