14 DAY TRIAL // A new batch of discounts have hit the PlayStation Store, Sony has just announced, bringing a ton of new games at great prices for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita platforms.
The summer is nearing its end, the video game drought is at its highest, and before the loaded October hunting season starts, Sony wants us to give another chance to some older titles that we might have missed during their prime.
The selection is not bad, not bad at all, and all the listed games will be discounted for two weeks, starting today, August 27.
PlayStation 4 owners can enjoy Tour de France 2014, MotoGP, Puddle and Putty Squad, and fans of more adventurous undertakings can find a solid offering in Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag or Sniper Elite 3.
The PlayStation 3 once again takes the cake, benefiting from a much larger library of games to choose from, thus offering a wide range of solid shooters, in the form of a few Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell games, Kane & Lynch and Kane & Lynch Dog Days, PayDay 2, Spec Ops: The Line and Sniper Elite 3.
Fans of action and adventure with a focus on getting medieval on people can choose from Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z, Assassin's Creed II Complete Pack, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Complete Pack, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Watch Dogs, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Mirror's Edge.
