A post on the European version of the official PlayStation forums says that Sony has managed to solve the error which blocked, for a number of users, the ability to download content and make any purchases from the PSN.
The problem appeared last week, after a period of worldwide maintenance for the PlayStation Network that was linked to the introduction of the new firmware for the PlayStation 3 home console and to some infrastructure updates.
The post was made by Rabid Walker, one of the moderators, and he invited any customers who still have problems to contact him in order to receive assistance.
Sony has previously stated that it planned to fix all issues introduced by the maintenance period before the launch of new content this week, making sure that all players are able to get the content they are interested in.
The company has big long-term plans for its network and aims to make it a center of its experience on a number of other devices.
