Nice change of look

Sony Ericsson W910i (or simply W910) is officially available only in three color versions, black, red and brown, but a white/silver version of it has been also spotted several months ago. Now, there is a new white W910 available, this time coming with gold margins and looking really good.

The photos showing the white & gold W910 come from China, hence this version is probably available only there. Actually, it seems the phone is in fact Sony Ericsson W908, the 3G-less edition of W910 that, besides only working on GSM networks, brings exactly the same features and look as the W910 does.

For those who don't know, W910 / W910i is one of the best Walkman phones created by Sony Ericsson until now, the single Walkman that outperforms it being W960, the Symbian-based touchscreen candybar released shortly after W910.

Whit its cool slider form factor, Sony Ericsson W910 managed to attract lots of mobile enthusiasts until now. Moreover, the handset also has nice specs, including a weight of only 86 grams, Walkman 3.0 music player, TrackID for easily recognizing songs, FM radio with RDS, a 2.4 inch TFT display with 256K colors and 240 x 320 pixels, a 2 Megapixel camera with video recording, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, NetFront browser, email, Internet capabilities and a battery that provides enough talk-time and stand-by time.

I believe Sony Ericsson should release a white W910 for the rest of the world too, as many SE fans will surely be thrilled about it. The white color would be a major change of look, when compared to the ones currently available, and we all know that a color refreshment generally boosts the sales for any mobile phone. Assuming we talk about a good phone, of course, but W910 is obviously more than "good".
