The W750 and the 'Sneff'

Some time ago, a rumor popped out, according to which Sony Ericsson was supposed to release an unbelievably large number of mobile phones throughout this year, including N95-killers, iPhone-killers and, well, other phones.

We're still waiting for the first two, since all we've seen Sony Ericsson release lately is low or mid-end devices that didn't really impress anyone.

They're not nice devices, but when we compare what was rumored to what came out, the only conclusion to be drawn is that either rumors weren't true or those phones are still waiting to be released.

It looks like there's two more mobile phones that Sony Ericsson is expected to release in the future. One of them, dubbed 'Sneff' was discovered on SEWorld, posted by a moderator with the same name. This doesn't necessarily mean the phone's a fake, but only that it might bear another name.

It is obvious from the photo that the device doesn't come with a visible keyboard, which is why the mobile phone is either a slider, or equipped with a touchscreen. Its design doesn't pinpoint it to either the Walkman family or the Cybershot one and no info is available on what features it will include.

The second phone comes with a design that is very similar to the one Sony Ericsson has been using in other recently released phones (K550) and is a Walkman handset. According to rumors, it will be released as the W750. While details are unknown in the case of both phones, with CeBIT not so long from now, maybe some of the questions regarding these two phones will get an answer. The Lindsay, Lizzy and Sophia should also show up pretty soon.
