Sony Ericsson and Starbucks have entered a partnership for a new promotion that will offer tennis fans from Florida a chance to win tickets to two of the premier tennis tournaments in the world, by playing an entertaining trivia game through text messaging on their mobile phone.

The trivia text game will be running from the 13th until the 25th of March and will be offered in all Starbucks stores in Florida.

Matt McKenna, President of Red Fish Media, commented "This mobile trivia promotion will reach customers in a personalized and fun way. Let's face it, who doesn't love text messaging these days. We're really excited to be supporting the sponsors of this innovative and unique promotion. It's going to be great."

So, if you're a tennis fan and those tickets sound promising, the next time you visit a Starbucks store you'll have the chance to win by answering two trivia questions on your mobile phone using a text code provided at the store.

Every participant who gives a correct answer to the questions will be entered in a daily drawing. The winner will get two evening tickets to the Sony Ericsson open on Key Biscayne. Each day one winner will be chosen at random from each one of the 300 Starbucks stores in the US. This is meant to give fans multiple chances to win.

The participants that answer correctly will also be eligible to win the Grand Prize which consists of a trip for two to Wimbledon. The winner for the Grand Prize will be nominated at the end of the Sony Ericsson Open. The lucky participant that will win will enjoy a four-day, three-night trip for two to the 2007 Wimbledon Championships, including airfare, hotel and tickets for two sessions.
