Sony Ericsson has announced its collaboration with the Institute of Contemporary Arts in order to launch an initiative dubbed 'All Tomorow's Pictures' to help celebrate its 60th anniversary.

The participants, including 59 high profile names such as Bloc Party, Peter Blake, Chapman Brothers, Alison Goldfrapp, Helena Christensen and Nathalie Press, were invited to take part in a cameraphone competition and have committed to produce images for a book and exhibition inspired by the theme of 'Tomorrow'.

All the images will be taken with Sony Ericsson's K800i Cybershot mobile phone, that has recently been awarded the 'Best 3GSM Handset' title at the GSM Association's Global Mobile Awards 2007.

A member from the public will be chosen to produce the final 60th image for the project. In order to participate you will have to send the photo you shot with a K800i via MMS, until March the 2nd.

"This competition offers a member of the public the chance to become part of history, while looking to the future for inspiration" says Sony Ericsson UK & Ireland MD, John Harber. "The Sony Ericsson K800i is one of the world's most innovative and feature rich imaging phones, so our creative talent will be well equipped to successfully capture their visions of tomorrow."

The winning participant's photo will be a part of the visionary exhibition as well as included in a beautifully produced hardback book that is to be unveiled at the charity event.

Also, the winner will receive a Sony Ericsson K800i Cybershot phone, a Bluetooth printer, a year's membership at the ICA and a day with a professional photographer. Further information regarding the competition as well as inspiration for pictures can be found here.
