Sony Ericsson brings even more color in its line of Walkman phones with the release of a special "Havana"
collection. The W880i, W910i and V640i handsets will feature a Havana unique color with a
golden shade.
Changing phone
colors must be the easiest way of freshening up the line of devices that this producer has to offer at this time. Many of its products have found their way to the top of the lineups that Vodafone and Orange have announced for the end of this year. The "Havana" special collection will come only at Vodafone, but aside from many other special handsets that the operator has pushed up to surpass its competitors' offers.
Aside from these three mobile phones that will be redesigned in the new Havana color, there will also be a MPS-70 Portable Speaker to perfectly match. Sony Ericsson W910i is the most evolved handset from the ones to come in the new design. The phone is 3G enabled and also includes some highly evolved features that few other devices, such as SensMe and Shake control. This allows the user to change songs only by shaking the handset in a certain way.
Sony Ericsson W880i is also a pretty special phone. At only 9.4 mm in thickness, the device supports a 1 GB Memory Stick Micro that manages to store a large amount of music files. The handset is only 71 grams heavy and extremely comfortable to use.
Last, but not least, Sony Ericsson V640i will be first launched on the market at Vodafone. The device packs HSDPA technology, which makes it possible to make data transfers at speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps. For a mid-ranged phone, this one will benefit from an
impressive launch, being part of this special collection.
The new "Havana" phones will be available at Vodafone in the near future, along with the official release of the regular devices.
