Sony Ericsson is gearing up for the release of new handsets that would run under Google’s Android operating system, and one of them has just been spotted as the Sony Ericsson LT28at at the Bluetooth SIG.

Codenamed Aoba, the smartphone is reportedly AT&T’s flavor of the Sony Ericsson LT26i (Nozomi), which we spotted a few times before.

The handset has made an appearance on the Bluetooth SIG website under the name of "New eDream 6", which does not say too much about it, though the software version (6.0.A.1.94) puts it in line with the latest Xperia devices from the company.

Rumor has it that the new mobile phone will include a dual-core application processor inside when released, with each core clocked in at 1.5GHz, and with a touchscreen display capable of delivering a 720 x 1280 HD resolution.
