The first time any rumors appeared about it, the Sony Ericsson Li was known as the K770i. Things have changed a bit since then and it looks like the phone will be named K550 and will also be available for I-mode users as the K550im.

The K550i, a Cyber-shot-branded phone is said to come with a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus, M2 card slot and EDGE.

Compared to its Ai brother, at least photos with this phone are nice and clear and the phone's design doesn't change as every single leaked photo appears.

This is why it should be pretty clear that at least as design, nothing is going to change and the phone will probably be released looking exactly like this.

This prototype has that name stamped on the body so it is very likely that K550im is the name is will be released under. The candybar will come with a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus and apparently also flash, a M2 card slot for memory expansion on the side and a charging port right next to it.

It will also feature a 256k color screen with a 176 x 220 pixel resolution, tri-band GSM, GPRS and EDGE, Bluetooth and IrDA for connectivity, an FM Radio, Music Player and 64MB internal memory.

According to rumors, the K550i will be released along with a Walkman version with pretty much the same features, but with support for 3G and lacking auto focus. The phone is expected to be released in about 2 weeks time (probably at 3GSM) where more details of the K550im and maybe other Sony Ericsson phones like the Ai will be revealed.
