The highly popular Sony Ericsson C905 Cyber-shot phone is reported to have finally made it to the Indian market. The dual-front slider, a pioneer from Sony Ericsson, comes with an 8.1-megapixel camera and is said to be able to open a new perspective on the way you can click pictures from a mobile phone. The device features a Xenon flash and also includes a unique sliding lens mechanism.

The Sony Ericsson C905 sports a 2.4-inch scratch-resistant mineral glass display, which is complemented by GPS, Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi features. According to the news, the phone is set to come to India in two colors, Night Black and Ice Silver. The device keeps its stylish design, features a good camera handling and also includes the already known Accelerometer, Wayfinder Navigation 7 and Geo-tagging, while also providing connectivity via a USB 2.0 cable.

The handset has seen several reviews lately, and we must say that it managed to impress a few people. It does not look too sophisticated, but it’s considered as having class. Its 8.1-megapixel camera with autofocus module is paired with CyberShot optics and Xenon for flash assistance, making the device a great competitor on the market.

In addition, the phone also features an easy to use interface for the camera, with a lot of options and explanations for each of them, so even those who have little background on how to use them can find their way out. Moreover, the Sony Ericsson C905 also allows for audio and video file playback, which makes it a great companion. Besides, the phone also has 3G capabilities, although it does not feature a camera for video calls.

Users from India will now be able to enjoy all the features the Sony Ericsson C905 comes with, especially given the fact that the battery of the phone allows for the Xenon flash to be used for taking several pictures while still providing a couple of hours of conversation.
