The new Cyber-shot phone is now available and with a nice commercial

Sony Ericsson C902, the most recently announced handset from the Cyber-shot series, is fresh on the European market, and brings a 5 Megapixel photo camera and several other cool features that will probably attract lots of users.

Together with the phone's availability also came a new commercial and it basically shows how the C902 can teleport people. You know, teleportation - that Sci-Fi term that describes the movement of an object or an entity from one place to another without actually covering the distance between the respective places. Well, thanks to its photo camera, Sony Ericsson can do that to people. Of course, that only happens in the new commercial. You can still try it though, but we can't guarantee you'll actually manage to teleport anything.

Now, back to more serious business, the idea behind C902's commercial is quite nice: thanks to the phone's high-end camera you can take pictures and send them to your friends - and then they'll feel like sitting right next to the person or thing that you snapped with your phone.

Besides having 5 Megapixels, the camera of C902 also features auto-focus, flash, face recognition, image stabilizer, video recording and 8 illuminated dedicated keys. Also, the camera can be slided for a better usage. The rest of the specs included by Sony Ericsson in the new Cyber-shot phone look like this: a 240 x 320 TFT display with 256K colors, HSDPA connectivity (only in the C902i version), Media player, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, FM radio with RDS, push email, NetFront web browser and a 930 mAh battery that should be enough to keep the device "alive" up to 9 hours in talk-time mode, and up to 16 days in stand-by mode. Mix all these with a 10.5-millimeter thin candybar case, and you have a pretty and well-featured handset: the C902.

However, until you get to literally "have" the phone, check out the teleportation commercial I was talking about:
