Although the first images with Sony Ericsson Alicia were leaked only two days ago, the new phone has already appeared in a demo video, made by Sony Ericsson and posted on YouTube (posted not by SE, but that doesn't really matter).

"Alicia" will most probably not be the official name of the new handset, but it should, as it sounds nice and brings a little variation to the names of Sony Ericsson's devices. Anyway, regardless of its name, the new phone seems to be a really cool one.

Coming with the Walkman logo on it, Alicia is a clamshell that's obviously targeted for users who need music features into their handsets. Aside from that, the handset also brings an interesting external display. In fact, it seems that there are two distinct displays on its front case. A square one and a round one, both showing stuff like weather information or time and music-related details. Moreover, the round display probably functions as a music controller too.

Most of the features packed in Sony Ericsson Alicia are not known for the moment. But since it's a Walkman handset, it probably has a Walkman player, FM radio, high-quality speakers, Bluetooth with A2DP and so on. Also, the new clamshell is likely to feature 3G / HSDPA connectivity, a photo camera of at least 2 Megapixels and a decent internal memory (or at least a memory card to come in the package).

June 17 is the date when Sony Ericsson prepares to officially unveil lots of new phones and Alicia will almost surely be among them. Moreover, the Swedish-Japanese company will also present its first 8 Megapixel Cyber-shot handset, the Sony Ericsson C905 (which was also leaked these past few days), so we look forward for June 17 to come. Until then, here's the Alicia video:
