Sony is expected to launch quite a few Xperia smartphones next month at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 and rumors on its upcoming lineup have just leaked online.

After numerous details that surfaced on the Sony D6503 Sirius, also known as Xperia Z2, a new unannounced device is now emerging in AnTuTu benchmark.

The new device is referred to as Sony D6603 and seems to have slightly lower specs than the D6503, though not by much.

XperiaBlog reports that the smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm’s MSM8974AB chipset, which is likely to accommodate a quad-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz and an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit.

According to the listing on AnTuTu, Sony D6603 sports a full HD (1080p) display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory and a 20.7-megapixel rear-facing camera.

However, given the fact that this is just a prototype unit, Sony might decide to change some of D6603’s features. Anyway, stay tuned for more info on this new Xperia smartphone.
