Mobile phone maker Sony Mobile is expected to bring to the market a nice range of new, highly appealing devices next year, and the Sony C6603 has been long said to be one of them.

Codenamed Yuga, the smartphone was spotted in a NenaMark2 benchmarking result with a 1.5GHz processor inside, Qualcomm Adreno 320 GPU and Google’s Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean platform loaded on top.

The smartphone is said to arrive on shelves with a large display, and the listed resolution of 1794x1080 appears to confirm that.

Basically, Sony C6603 is expected to prove a large device, similar to Galaxy Note II, while being capable of delivering not only a great viewing experience to its users, but also high performance levels.

There’s no official confirmation on the device available for the time being, nor proof that said benchmarking result hasn’t been manipulated, so we’ll take the info above with a grain of salt for the time being.
