No more homebrewing topics on Sony's official forum

Every console to date has its flaws and loopholes, specially the PSP and most of the owners of the portable gaming device sure know what the whole homebrewing process is all about. Sony has had just about enough with this phenomenon and has forbidden all the discussions about homebrew software and consoles mods on its official forum. A SCEA representative "kindly" reminded the member of the online community the rules regarding such topics, in a post of his own.

This doesn't matter much, since the heavy homebrewing action takes places on the unofficial forums and I bet that Sony feels really frustrated by the PSP's recent problems. The portable gaming system's creators recommended the users not to mod their consoles, as they would risk bricking them. Now this bricking phobia is gone, thanks to the Pandora Battery, a software that unbricks your dead PSP. This means, that the gamers who were afraid to mod their PSPs till now, will give it a try and stop buying original games.

As if this wasn't enough, we've just found out that the PSP Slim will be available at the UK launch WITHOUT the TV out cable... Way to go Sony, for making us spend some more cash on a separate accessory and for banning the people who want to chat about homebrewing! A couple of days ago, one of Sony's employees modified Halo'3 Wikipedia page, criticizing its graphics... What's wrong with the famous Japanese company? Are they under pressure because of Nintendo's domination when it comes to sales figures?

Well, as long as the new PSP Slim/Lite meets our expectations and offers all the features that Sony promised us, we won't be upset by such strange behaviors of the company's representatives. Oh and please add some more content to that dying PSN!
