Sony Computer Entertainment announced yesterday the launching of the PSP Giga Pack, an event which should take place sometime around the winter holidays.

The pack will include the PSP console, the AC adapter, a standard battery pack, a pair of headphones, protective case, USB cord
and a PSP stand.
Still, la piece de resistance is the 1GB memory card.

In Japan, this pack will come in two versions: a classic black one, code-named PSP-1000 G1, and a ceramic white one, code-named PSP-1000 G1CW. The accessories will have different colors, which better emphasize the console's design and chromatic. Both versions will be priced at 29,800 yens, or $270.

The UK launching of the PSP Giga Pack will take place on November 21, while in other parts from Europe it will be released a week later.

The PSP users will be delighted by this upgrade, which will allow them to store approximately 250 songs or even a movie.
