14 DAY TRIAL // This fall, “Sons of Anarchy” returns to the small screen on FX for one final season, and if buzz online is anything to go by, the 7th and last season of the show is probably going to be the most shocking as well. The new official poster also hints at that.

Making this new artwork even more ominous is the fact that Jax’s back tattoo, of the grim reaper and the words “Sons of Anarchy California,” has been replaced entirely by an actual, quite horrifying skull.
EW has conducted a poll online to see what fans think the future season might have in store for Jax and, as you probably guessed it already, it’s not looking good. Chances are he will be among the major characters to be killed off in what promises to be one bloody, memorable series finale.
However, the most likely to die in the finale, as fans see it, is Gemma, Jax’s mother, portrayed by Katey Sagal: the EW poll has her with 81% odds to kick the proverbial bucket.
The final season of “Sons of Anarchy” premieres on September 9. Will you be tuning in for it?
