Woman has been harassing reality star / momager for a while, is still on the loose

Being as famous as Kris Jenner is isn’t all about the perks, as she recently found out. The reality star and momager to all the Kardashian / Jenner girls has been harassed by an unknown woman for months on end, and the FBI is now on the case.

TMZ reports that agents from the FBI descended on the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills the other day, looking for a woman who has been threatening and harassing Jenner for quite some time already. They raided the room and picked up stuff that might incriminate her, like her IT gadgets.

According to the report, the still unidentified woman has been calling Kris and her family, leaving threats and nasty messages. She might also be behind the scam that targeted Jenner a while back, when she was receiving calls blackmailing her with the release of an alleged raunchy tape that she had made years prior. The tape isn’t even real, apparently.

The FBI is on the case, but no arrests have been made yet

Things got so bad that Jenner called the cops on her stalker, and this is how the FBI came to be involved. The same media outlet notes that agents removed several items from the hotel room to serve in their investigation, including “cell phone, laptop, iPad and iPod Touch.”

The stalker in question is believed to be an African-American woman who drives a 2004 silver Toyota Corolla, but she has not been detained just yet. It is unknown what her motives are for stalking Jenner and wishing her dead.

The report links the latest series of threatening phone calls to those Jenner received a while back, in reference to the non-existent tape, saying it was probably the same person at the other end of the line. TMZ also believes the woman called their office pretending to be Jenner and trying to feed them false intel on the famous Kardashian / Jenner clan.

Fame attracts unwanted attention too

This isn’t the first time that a Jenner or a Kardashian is in such a bad position. Say what you will about Kris Jenner or the way she conducts her business and / or personal life, but no one “deserves” to live in fear because a stranger calls you up to 300 times a day to threaten you with one thing or another.

However, the kind of exposure these people are getting, both with and without their consent, means that they will always attract this type of unwanted attention. Some might even argue that they’re making it easy for a stalker to track them down, through their countless updates on their social media accounts and their reality show.

Back when swatting was still all the rage in terms of celebrity stalking (swatting implied prank-calling the police to report a crime taking place and then giving out a star’s address as the location), the Kardashians were targeted at least two times and had to be rushed out of the house by SWAT teams looking for murderers or gun traffickers.
