Microsoft has restored full access to Outlook.com, so all users are now supposed to be able to get their emails without any other issue.

And still, according to some posts on the company’s support forums, a number of glitches still exist, so a few consumers across the world are unable to receive emails on mobile devices.

In a notification posted on the service status page, Microsoft explained that the three-day outage was caused by a failure in a caching process.

“The failure caused these devices to receive an error and continuously try to connect to our service. This resulted in a flood of traffic that our services did not handle properly, with the effect that some customers were unable to access their Outlook.com email and unable to share their SkyDrive files via email,” the company said.
