AllMyNotes it does have a lot of features to keep you organized. No matter what your daily tasks are, AllMYNotes has a meaning in this. I personally using it to keep track of my readings. I used to have a lot of small pieces of papers around, where my notes regarding my favorite quotes were flying every single time I had to search for something. And surely this was not an easy job. With the very fast Search capability of Vladonay' s software I can do this within seconds. I have also allmybooks at hand every single time I have to do a research. No more turning pages again and again for my favorite quotes. The tree-like organization of your notes is got something more than any other organizer has. You can basically see your Chapters in Sticky Notes like image, and you can choose very fast the one you are interested in because every sticker has the first phrases showing like a preview of your content.
Password protecting your database is another implementation that AllMyNotes has, so no one will have access to your personal stuff. Beginning with version 2 we have a better visual appearance of the tree-like structure. Small icons are improving your search ability by helping you choose accordingly.
If you have a meeting, a pop up reminder and alarms will help you be just on time with everything.

All my notes Organizer look to be a good software but I rely more on pen and paper (a small pocket notebook), I have tried some of the similar software earlier but I find this is not my cup of tea. On rare occasions I use Tomboy (in Ubuntu) or Sticky Notes ( in Win 7) but that is also limited, however if someone uses these type of software, All My Notes Organizer can be quite useful.

It would be nice if you sent me one license. I really need is this program to the notes at the university. In OpenOffice Writer does not have half of the features I need for fast quotations. My teacher is a devil of speed and hard to keep up with him. I need a program where I could quickly take notes, make a quick comment to the text and draw freehand drawings. It is also in OneNote but it is too expensive for me. Guys? Can you help? By the way ... Have a nice weekend!!! :)

I'm using this smooth tool, witch can be handled with text, pictures and mail links/web addresses, or even manage, create and save your passwords on their infinite notes. AllMyNotes Organizer its a really notebook to work with!

AllMyNotes Organizer help me stay organized, to do lists, correspondence, vacation plans, private information a diary, articles....through an easy to use well defined editor. Plus it is portable so easy to carry on a usb key, just find a computer especially while outside and start writing so that valuable emotions will not be lost. Better during conference send the note to collegues for further collaborations. AllMyNotes Organizer is easily customizable and can host large database the way you want it. Are there any cons with this program? Well not really since everything are set to not need another notebook.

I use the free version of AllMyNotes Organizer for some time now and I can say it's probably the best app to organise notes I've ever had. Easy to use, with clear and nice interface, helps me remember many things and is also pretty secure. Best app a chaotic student like me can have :) It would be great to have a Deluxe version. AllMyNotes Organizer is one of the best note organizing application. I have been using it for almost a year and it has proven very useful to me. I think I don't like any other note making application as I like AllMyNotes Organizer. It has many many features which makes it very useful piece of software that anyone can have. I use it everyday and every hour whenever I am using my computer or laptop. Whenever something comes in my mind, I just call for AllMyNotes Organizer and type in it. In this way I don't forget anything. It helps me a lot in everyday work. Whatever work I need to do and I remember now, I note them down on AllMyNotes Organizer, and on the next day I open it and view all the things that I need to do and I write "Done" when I finish each and everywork. Oh then I feel peace of mind. I use it to store important notes, addresses, phone numbers & other contacts, also use it as a to-do list, calculate my expenses, and many many more. Oh Wao! Great Application! It can even be customized with skins and everything. I use it a lot and have never seen such a helpful application till now. I am very happy even with the free version but if I get the deluxe version then I think I will be getting 3-4 times more help than before because activation will enable many more awesome features. AllMyNotes is really nice notes and information organizer (nice one, yet again Softpedia) that is supported by a very helpful and responsive developer backed up by a very active and informative user forum. All this at a very fair price with a very generous licencing conditions and no DRM :)
I should note that Vlodymyr ,the developer, regularly offers generous discounts for licences and offers free licence with free updates to skin developers/submitters (if skin is deemed suitable for general public use).

AllMyNotes is a nice note taker/organizer/outliner that consists of 2 panes, the outliner on the left pane, used to show a summary or outline of your information and is also the area to select same. Information can be catagorised here and can be highlighted with coloured folders and custom icons to enable quicker recognition of your catagorises.
The right side pane is the workspace where all your creation and editing of files and data takes place.Options here consist of colour, size, style of text to be entered as well as paragraph alignment and insertion of special characters/symbols.
Onec data is created you can encrypt it (using a long and secure password) and then through the options menu set options to backup your data, this is a single .ddb file that can be saved to removable drive, optical media or online repository. Synchronisation is done through dropbox (online) or via usb removable media and a mobile version is currently being discussed (Android currently is the frontrunner for first development followed by iPhone).
Of course once you have your data entered and nicely catagorised you need to be able to find it again and AllMyNotes has you covered here with a very fast search that uses Google like queries and the results can be further refined via filters.
Alarms and reminders are another great tool available within to make your life just that little bit more organised, that can be attached to notes or reminders.
A built in password generator is another neat little tool to have at your disposal.
Of course in this day and age drag and drop is an absolute necessity and this is there in all its glory.
If you use Skype or its ilk then there is a phone dialler tha enables you to use written phone numbers to dial from within the application.

Easy to use, but powerful features.

Very responsive developer.
Installable and portable versions available.
Custom icons and folder colourisation.
Fast search.
Light on resources.
Comprehensive help file.

Cons;
No lifetime licence available (not a real deal breaker).
Does not run hidden from the notification area, but minimises to taskbar (Windows 7).

Conclusion;
A very nice and mature note taker/organiser that is backed up by a very responsive developer and a active user forum, with a generous end user licence, that is easy to use and light on resources.

Nie ma programu bez wad. Sztuka tworzenia dobrej aplikacji polega na tym, by tych wad było jak najmniej. Już na pierwszy rzut oka widać, że twórcy AllMyNotes Organizera do swojej pracy przyłożyli się wzorowo. W dodatku program obsługiwany jest w moim rodzimym języku - to przysłowiowa wisienka na torcie :)

I am using a diary currently to keep track of anything that comes my way. Your software AllMyNotes Organizer looks very good to me. It gives me a lot more compared to my hardcover-diary.

The interface is good, has icons for quick view, reminders & alerts for birthdays, anniversary, search feature, spell-checker, and on the top a security thing.

I read your review and liked the Quick Start Wizard. It is going to be very useful to me.

I like to win this so that I can stop using the hardcover-diaries starting 2012. So, count me in.

Thanks for bringing us AllMyNotes Organizer. I had the opportunity to use an older version from some giveaway quite sometime back, and it was a great experience. Unfortunately it was an installed version, which got washed away in a reformat.

For me AllMyNotes Organizer is a one-stop shop as it is not only a mere Organizer but also a notes keeper, reminder, contacts, any data, and lot of other things.

The notes/data/folders has a security by providing the password and so everything is encrypted & safe.

It allows color texts and provides own spell checker. Additionaly it has a decent editor (compared to word) - providing tables, alignment, Font Styles and Font Formatting. No fancy stuff, but everything what should be required for notes keeping.

The print feature does have a preview option, just as in any other program.

Last but not the least and yet a very useful feature for me is the portability. I could just have the portable version uploaded to my dropbox (cloud) and access it anywhere. This will help me access my information from anywhere, update, change it - without the hassle of any installation & security concern.

I have 2 questions for the developer:

1. Is there any protection in the exported file? Or they plan to provide one. Reason- though I may export, but not make it open to all.
2. Could the export file/data from any older version be imported completely into a new version?

Suggested improvements/features:

1. A better GUI.
2. More skins.
3. It should not prompt asking to have AllMyNotes Organizer as the default handler for AllMyNotes.document (ddb) file type, as it is a proprietary format. I got it see below:

4. The help file is good, but not sufficient. They could provide a video for a much better understanding.
5. The link to dropbox in their help file is wrong, it is mentioned as "getdropbox".
6. Why not provide an automated/single click feature to to have portable of AllMyNotes Organizer? Why have the user copy/paste the stuff to USB.

Before I end, I want to thank the developer thousand times for this:

I'm someone who is effective at organising their data. I get the job done. But now I want to be efficient as well as effective. I want to be organised, but I want to be productive and work smart. AllMyNotes would allow me to take the step from working effectively, to working efficiently. I'm also great at evaluating software and feeding back - AllyMyNotes would even allow me to organise that efficiently as well.

I used to have this and it was wonderful to use - sadly I had to reinstall Windows and lost it...... It'd be great to have it again!

The user interface is very simple and easy to use. And AllMyNotes Organizer don't just offer us with 'note organizing' feature that we can all do by using explorer and drag some files into an organized folder; high encryption, reminders, alarms and it even backup our notes in case something happens. This app is definitely a must-have.
