WebcamMax has been created to add some fun to your webcam sessions. It achieves this by applying various hilarious effects to your broadcast. These may be anything from distortions or color filters to frames, different backgrounds or celebrity faces (Barack Obama, Mr. Bean, Megan Fox, Kobe Bryant, etc.). More effects can be downloaded from the developer’s website.
However, the abilities of WebcamMax extend beyond the fun stuff, as the program supports streaming from multiple sources. As such, you can use it to stream an image or a locally stored video (supported formats include JPG, BMP, GIF, SWF, MP4, AVI, MPEG, WMV and MOV).
Picture in Picture (PiP) mode is also among the features, allowing you to keep different media (images, movies and even the desktop screen) pinned on the video screen as thumbs.
