14 DAY TRIAL // Sofia Vergara was looking all shades of gorgeous on New Year’s Eve (see the attached photo), which she spent with fiancé Nick Loeb at a Miami club. During a scuffle that ensued sometime during the festivities, her dress gave way and revealed one of her breasts, it has emerged.
PageSix was the first to report that Loeb got into a physical altercation at the party and had eventually to be escorted off the premises, and TMZ now has photos of Sofia on the ground during the altercation.
The whole thing seems to have started when Nick noticed some other guy, Chris Paciello, whom Sofia had dated, was chatting her up. Loeb has somewhat of a reputation of a very jealous guy.
Nick started moving towards Chris, “pushing and shoving” ensued, and Sofia stepped in to force the two to behave like adults. Instead, she ended up with her dress torn and pulled down to her navel, as the pics over at TMZ can confirm.
“Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in the melee, exposing her cleavage in front of other people and her son Manolo who was so offended he left the club. It was crazy,” an insider says for PageSix.
“Nick was pulled away from Sofia and those at the next table by security guards, who dragged him out of the VIP section and threw him out of the club. Sofia followed him,” the insider adds.
Sofia was not harmed in the altercation, but Loeb walked out scratched and bruised.
“None of the drama was Sofia’s fault, but despite the big scene [Loeb] created, they made up outside the club, and she took him back to their hotel,” the eyewitness further recalls.
According to other online reports, no complaints were filed after the scuffle.
