14 DAY TRIAL // Wireless carrier MetroPCS announced officially that its new Samsung Galaxy Indulge smartphone will benefit from a marketing campaing delivered in collaboration with the popular artist Snoop Dogg.
This is the first commercially available 4G LTE Android smartphone in the world, which offers support for MetroPCS' 4G services.
In this campaign, Snoop Dogg doubled the G’s in his name, becoming Snoop Dogggg, to reflect the number of G's that Samsung Galaxy Indulge supports, the wireless carrier notes.
“It feels good to be working with MetroPCS and Samsung for the launch of the Galaxy Indulge. I’m stepping it up to 4G’s so my phone can keep up with my demanding, always-connected lifestyle,” said Snoop Dogggg.
The wireless carrier also announced the “Indulge with Snoop Dogggg” sweepstakes at MetroPCS retail stores, which offers users the possibility to meet Snoop Dogggg up close and personal.
The sweepstakes does not require users to make a purchase, and will run until March 31, the wireless carrier announced. More info can be found here.
The winner would receive a VIP trip for two to a Snoop concert this summer, with airfare and incidentals included, along with front-row tickets and backstage passes, and will also walk away with two Samsung Galaxy Indulge smartphones.

The smartphone runs under Android version 2.2 (Froyo), and supports applications available for download via the Android Market. The Samsung Galaxy Indulge is available for purchase at only $399 via all MetroPCS stores and online.
