Contrary to reports of just a few hours ago, Snooki is not pregnant with her first child. TMZ paparazzi ran into the reality star just as word of the so-called pregnancy took over the blogosphere – and she made sure there's no misunderstanding about the absence of a bun in her oven.

Video of Snooki's statement is below, embedded at the end of the article.

Not only is Snooki not pregnant, but she's also slightly offended at the insinuation that she might be, because, she assumes, it must mean some people are considering her “fat.”

“Why are people calling me fat? That's so rude!” Snooki told the paparazzo asking her whether there was any truth to the rumor that she's pregnant with her first child with her boyfriend of almost a year, Jionni LaValle.

Of course, she doesn't rule out the possibility of having kids but, she says, she wants to get married first, so it's not going to happen anytime soon.

As for why Snooki is upset that people think she's fat (so as to assume that she's with child), she has every reason to, especially since she's one of the spokesperson for a weight loss drug called Zantrex-3.

She's been using the so-called miracle weight loss supplement for many months now, crediting it with her incredible weight loss.

However, initially, Snooki claimed she'd started shifting the extra weight without any help of the kind, but the traditional way of cutting down on the calories and getting more exercise.

She said that whatever weight loss was noticeable was explainable by her drinking less and eating more of the healthy stuff – and, of course, hitting the gym regularly.

In September last year, though, she'd already come clean about her secret ally, telling her Twitter followers that she'd been on Zantrex all along.

“Glad to hear reports that say I look good =) but it’s not because of HCG! Thanks @Zantrex!” she wrote, as we also reported at the time.

“One of my followers asked if I was a paid spokesperson for zantrex…yes haven’t you seen the ads in Star?” she added.
