Rumors about a new firmware for Smallart's Uhost2 have been around for a while and today we present you what looks like a new update

As the manufacturer did not provide the firmware on its website, there is no assuring you that this is a real update or a modded ROM.

As mentioned in its changelog, fixes can be found in the unsupported ethernet, or muting issues. In addition to the fixes, new features such as taking pictures through a USB camera or remembering the hidden status bar setting make this firmware a “must have.”

Optimizations have been made for the SD Card switch feature and network video play.

It has Wi-Fi and can connect various peripherals through USB or Bluetooth (optional).

The whole package comes for about $68 (€52) and seems to be highly appreciated by those who bought it.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide the firmware, but China Gadgets Reviews could help out with that matter.
