Reachgood is not a very popular electronics brand on the market, still it popped out what it claims to be the "thinnest portable video player ever." Just to get an idea about it, the PMP sports 5.5 mm in thickness.
Even if the company has still a lot more stuff to take care of before competing against Apple or another big fish in the electronics zone, their latest portable media player is something to keep in mind. If you remember, Brando has also introduced a very thin player on the market, but that could only deal with MP3 file formats.
Sadly, there is no name for this media player. It was carefully hidden into a stainless steel casing, equipped with a cool 1.8 inch 260k-color TFT screen and a S.F. ultra futuristic control scheme. As for the player's capabilities, it can deal with a bunch of formats, such as MP4, MP3, WMA for the music content, JPEG for the file photo playback and TXT support for every time the owner might feel like reading any important documents.
However I doubt anyone would actually use an e-Book reader, given the fact that 1.8 inch of screen display can definitely make your eyes sore. Too bad they haven't said a word about the battery lifetime.
In addition, the player has also some extra specs like an FM tuner, gaming support, as well as voice recorder and USB 2.0 file transfer interface, which is just about everything you might expect from the slimmest portable media player in the world.
Since Reachgood is a barely known manufacturer on the market, there is no official word regarding its unnamed PMP pricing and availability details. Despite its dimensions, there is nothing to die for in its specs list and what sounds really wacky is the fact that you have to order at least 500 to get your own player. And that sucks!
